ABOUT ME
As a precocious five-old growing up in Los Angeles, CA, I remember my father making sit down with a pencil and paper to draw, from that day to now, I have had an unending love affair with drawing. My art portraits African Americans and our kinfolk from the African Diaspora as dignified, creative and a positive people. As an amateur musician, musicians are also prominent in my art. I primarily used colored and graphite pencils in a lot of my work. However, I have expanded my artistic palate and now use watercolor, gouache, and acrylic painting. I have even started to make art journals and I color in adult coloring books to expand my artistic horizon. I am passionate and love art. I get a rush each time I pick up a pencil or paint brush to create something fresh and new. I look forward to sharing more and more of my art with you in the future.
